BTS to Hold First Peru Concerts During Lima’s BTS Avenue Week

BTS is set to begin its first concerts in Peru on Wednesday, local time. The shows are scheduled in Lima, where the city has introduced a weeklong “BTS Avenue” to mark the group’s visit.

According to BigHit Music, the septet will perform at Estadio San Marcos on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as part of its Arirang world tour. The tour performances will be BTS’s first shows in the South American country since the group debuted in 2013.

Lima has also lit landmarks in purple in honor of the visit. The concert dates and city celebrations bring attention to BTS’s arrival in Peru, while the performances add the country to the group’s tour schedule.
