Hearts2Hearts Releases Korean Version of ‘Iconic Heart’

Hearts2Hearts released “Iconic Heart (Korean Ver.)” on major streaming platforms on Monday. It is a Korean-language version of the title track from the group’s first Japanese single, whose original release in Japan came on Aug. 12, around two months earlier.

The dance track draws on Jersey club, a fast-moving club music style that began in New Jersey. Bright synthesizers and springy beats shape the sound, while the lyrics use youthful, playful imagery to express the thrill of moving ahead together. SM Entertainment said the Korean version brings a fresh approach while retaining the original’s energy.

The group gave the Korean version its first performance on Friday at Spotify Closer, a Seoul concert series created with the streaming service to highlight Korean artists. Hearts2Hearts was the series’ first featured act. The group is set to promote the song on Korean music shows next week.
