IVE, ILLIT and RIIZE Set for October 26 Releases

October’s K-pop release calendar features more than a dozen notable launches, with IVE, ILLIT and RIIZE scheduled to put out new music on Oct. 26. The simultaneous releases form the month’s biggest date on the calendar, following a series of group comebacks and solo releases.

KickFlip is due back with the mini album “KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1,” around six months after its April release “My First Kick.” The eight-track record has two title songs, “Puzzle Piece” and “Kick Off The Wall,” the latter featuring U.S. rapper iann dior. All members participated in writing the album’s songs. On Oct. 12, NCT WISH is set to release its fourth mini album, “I SPY,” a six-track collection led by its title song.

Other acts named in the October schedule include PLAVE, Xdinary Heroes, MEOVV and NMIXX. BLACKPINK’s Lisa is set to release her “PRESS PLAY” EP on Oct. 23, while AND2BLE and XLOV are listed among the month’s closing releases with new mini albums. The schedule also includes a virtual idol act coming off its first stadium show.
