KATSEYE’s “Animal” Reaches No. 15 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay Chart

Billboard reported on September 23 local time that KATSEYE’s “Animal” had reached the top 15 of its Pop Airplay chart. The ranking tracks weekly plays on mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States, and the song moved to No. 15 in its seventh week.

This marks KATSEYE’s second single to enter the chart’s top 15. Their previous entry, “Gabriela,” reached a higher peak at No. 9. “Animal” also established a new best position on Billboard’s Radio Songs chart, rising to No. 36. That chart measures weekly plays on U.S. radio stations across all genres.

On the Billboard Hot 100, “Animal” remained at No. 28 during its eighth week on the chart. KATSEYE’s title track “Hootie Frutti” was also present, spending its fifth week at No. 91. Together, the results place both songs on the U.S. chart while “Animal” continues to make progress on radio-focused rankings.
