NMIXX’s Sullyoon Urges Fan to Shower, Then Apologizes for Her Tone

Screenshots of a conversation between NMIXX’s Sullyoon and fans on a communication platform have circulated online. Ahead of an event, one fan said they did not plan to shower. Sullyoon urged them several times to wash, saying that skipping a shower was not the same as simply looking a little untidy. When another fan suggested wearing perfume instead, she again insisted that they take a shower.

Sullyoon then encouraged fans to wash properly at least once a day. She soon softened her approach, explaining that she was not angry and apologizing in case her comments had sounded too sharp. Fans responded positively to her direct remarks, with many describing the exchange as refreshing and humorous.

Sullyoon is a member of NMIXX, the six-member JYP Entertainment group that debuted in 2022. The group released its sixth mini-album on October 19 and is scheduled to hold the finale of its world tour at Incheon’s Inspire Arena from November 27 to 29. NMIXX is also set to make its official Japanese debut on December 9.
