TWICE’s 2026 Anniversary Fan Party Faces Capacity and Eligibility Criticism
TWICE announced on October 5 that it will hold the 2026 TWICE FAN PARTY [ONCE UPON A THRI11] to mark the group’s 11th anniversary. The event is scheduled for October 17, with three sessions and 250 attendees per session, for a total capacity of 750 fans.
The notice says applicants must be at least 15 and belong to the fifth generation of TWICE’s official fan club. Attendees will be chosen by lottery. Korean and international fans criticized the limited capacity and eligibility rules online, with some arguing that the event should be open to more fans, including people who became fans more recently. The notice gives only the Seoul area as the location; selected attendees will receive the specific venue information individually.
JYP Entertainment faced similar complaints after TWICE’s 10th anniversary fan meeting, which fans said had too few seats and only one show. Remarks by the members at the ninth anniversary event about holding the next fan meeting in a larger, better venue have also resurfaced. Some fans feel the arrangements for the 10th and 11th anniversary events have not matched those earlier hopes.
