BTS to Make Peru Concert Debut With Three Lima Shows

BTS is set to make its first concert appearances in Peru, with three performances scheduled in Lima. The shows will take place at Estadio San Marcos on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, as part of the South American leg of the group’s “Arirang” world tour.

The concerts have prompted a series of events around the city. In the Santiago de Surco district, officials have temporarily renamed a street “Avenida BTS,” or “BTS Avenue” in English. The source also notes that landmarks in Lima will be illuminated in connection with the group’s arrival, though it does not identify the sites or provide further details about the displays.

The planned shows mark BTS’ first concerts in Peru. The preparations extend beyond the venue, with the temporary street name and landmark illuminations bringing the occasion into public spaces around Lima. The performances are part of the group’s South American tour schedule, and the three dates give local fans multiple opportunities to see BTS at Estadio San Marcos.
