BTS’ “2.0” Music Video Surpasses 200 Million YouTube Views
BTS’ music video for “2.0” has surpassed 200 million views on YouTube, according to the group’s label, Big Hit Music. It is the first video connected to the group’s fifth studio album, “Arirang,” to reach that mark.
“2.0” is a B-side track and was the second of the album’s music videos to be released. BTS has put out videos for five of the album’s 14 tracks. The video for “2.0” arrived approximately two weeks after the album’s release.
The visual draws on Park Chan-wook’s 2003 thriller “Oldboy,” while adding a humorous twist. The source describes the video as presenting a new chapter for BTS. “2.0” is part of “Arirang,” the group’s fifth studio album, and its view milestone marks the first time one of the album’s music videos has reached 200 million plays on YouTube.
